Description
Our Train The Trainer Programs provide your trainers with the knowledge, skills and tools to effectively train operators and evaluate their competence. All programs that are delivered to you are accredited training programs and exceed all applicable industry standards and government regulations.
Trainers will learn the instructional techniques involved to best communicate in a classroom and/or field environment.

The following would be some of the prerequisites for our Train The Trainer Programs.
Forklift (any kind) | |
Must have experience operating lift trucks and have taken formal forklift safety training that meets or exceeds the requirements laid out in the CSA Standard B335-04 | |
Elevated Work Platform | |
Must have experience operating scissor/man lift and have taken formal EWP safety training within the past 3 years. | |
WHMIS | |
Must have had WHMIS training with in the past 5 years. | |
Crane Safety | |
Must have a good working knowledge of Cranes in the Workplace. Formal training is a benefit. | |
Crane | |
Competent person, one who has had training with in the past 3 years | |
Working at Heights | |
Must hold a current Working at Heights Certificate. Succesfully completed a Working at Heights Training Program and an Adult Teaching Principles Training program. |
Participants will receive training in the following elements:
- The course will start off with an in-depth review of the training program to be delivered. This includes the contents of workbooks, videos (if applicable), test/ quizzes and operator evaluations.
- Detailed instructions as to the questions that may be asked of you and the answers to those questions.
- Second part of the program will involve the principals of teaching adults. Including the use of equipment, teaching styles, learning and risk, and how to measure the success of the course that you will be teaching plus many other things you will need to know to become an effective trainer of safety training programs for your company.
