Description
Our Train The Trainer Programs provide your trainers with the knowledge, skills and tools to effectively train operators and evaluate their competence. All programs that are delivered to you are accredited training programs and exceed all applicable industry standards and government regulations.
Your company trainers will learn the instructional techniques involved to best communicate these concepts in a classroom and/or field environment.
Construction Safety Trainers, a division of Industrial Safety Trainers, is MOL approved for the Working at Heights Training program. This course will not only train you to deliver an effective Working at Heights session, it will also walk you through the application process so you can secure your own MOL approval.
The following are prerequisites for this Train The Trainer Program.

| Must hold a current Working at Heights certificate |
Participants will receive training in the following elements:
- Understanding the Working at Heights Program Manual
- How to effectively deliver each section including workshops
- Practice new skills
- How to complete the application for the Ministry of Labour
- As a fourth day of training option, you can request a day to practice delivering the course before presenting to the Ministry of Labour.
