Description
If you have workers using aerial devices of any kind, you are required to have a rescue plan in place. If your plan requires you to use a descent or other rescue device, you must have practice using that equipment.
This program covers the following elements:
Part One:
- We will discuss what situations would warrant a rescue to take place in your workplace
- We will discuss the types of rescue equipment that are available and how to inspect them
Part Two:
- We will review the specific rescue equipment that your workers will be using, including how to inspect and use it
- We will then get each participant to lower them selves from the aerial device they will be using
Practical evaluations on our equipment using our rescue equipment can be arranged. Prior to the course, one of our consultants will discuss with you the best approach to the rescue training for your staff. Participants of this course must have a valid Working At Heights or Fall Arrest/ Fall Protection certification as applicable to the environment where the rescue is taking place.
